Another very effective measure for throat pain is gargling. For example, throat sprays or gargle solutions, which are also available in the pharmacy, are suitable for this. These solutions and sprays have the advantage that they reduce the pathogens so that they can not penetrate deeper. Contained in these preparations are often drugs in the form of, for example, chlorhexidine. For gargling, it does not always have to be a preparation from the pharmacy, it is also possible to gurgle quite classic with chamomile tea, this also disinfects and reduces the discomfort. It should only be taken to ensure that the tea is not too hot. Before gargling it is therefore advisable to let the tea cool a little.
